1. Products & Sourcing

aJcart stocks and sells products from our own inventory, sourced directly from manufacturers, authorised dealers, and regional wholesalers. To ensure the widest product variety and best pricing, select orders may also be fulfilled through established marketplace and aggregator platforms. All items are dispatched in good condition and subject to the same return and refund terms regardless of the fulfilment source.

2. Orders & Delivery

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for most locations. Free delivery applies on orders above ₹499. Cash on Delivery is available on select orders.

3. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.

5. Cancellations

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nirmal, Telangana.
